Reflexology is a deep compression technique using pressure points on the hands, feet and body to induce a deeper state of relaxation and to eliminate crystal deposits which might cause blockage of the body’s natural energy flow.

Many people use reflexology as a way of relaxing the mind and body and counteracting stress, at the same time many doctors, consultants and other health care professionals recognize reflexology as a well established, respected and effective therapy.

All reflexology treatments are done face-to-face and by appointment only. 

There are several treatments options for Reflexology:

Hand Treatment – Reflexology is performed on the hands only and lasts up to 30 min. $30.00

Foot Treatment – Reflexology is performed on the feet only and lasts up to 30 min. $35.00

Hand and Foot – Reflexology is performed on both hands and feet and lasts up to 1 hour. $55.00
